The McKinley STEAM Academy parent teacher association (PTA) supports school programs and promotes the welfare and education of children in home, school, and the community. The PTA also strives to enhance relationships and cooperation between parents, teachers, and administrators.


The McKinley PTA provides volunteers and funding for programs that support the students, school, and staff, including:

  • Funding school improvement projects
  • Planning the eighth grade year-end party
  • Organizing teacher appreciation events
